Financial security – KAS credit or postponement
Just over two months prior to your departure, at the time of your final payment, we will go over your reservation with you. You will be given the choice to postpone your trip or receive a KAS credit note for the amount of your deposit if British FCO (Foreign and Commonwealth Office) limitations prevent you from traveling.
Flexibility in booking
Flexibility has always been a goal of ours, but it has taken on added significance throughout the Covid era. If necessary, we will do everything we can to assist in negotiating favorable terms with camps and hotels so that you will feel confident enough to reserve your safari. On KAS, you can rely.
Health & Safety
Naturally, our experts inspect each lodge or camp we offer for sale to make sure it complies with our requirements. To execute H&S checks on each property in our portfolio, we also use an independent, internationally renowned business. Together with the assistance of our CMO, this results in a standard of customer service unmatched in the sector. You are in capable hands.
* Please take note that KAS credit is only good for travel through December 31, 2024. Please be aware that changing your travel dates or canceling a trip may result in additional expenses being charged to you due to annual increases in the cost of flights and accommodations (e.g. dry season is generally more expensive than green season for a safari)
